Alins Enterprises collects the contact and project details you provide so we can review your enquiry, communicate with you, and manage your project.

What we store

Your name, email address, business details, any optional contact information, project requirements, status updates, and messages. Your private access code is stored as a salted hash, rather than readable text.

Correspondence and enquiry invitations

The owner workspace stores email drafts, recipient details, and send-attempt status. If you receive a project invitation, its private link may prefill the business details already available to us. You can review and change them before submitting. Invitation links expire after 90 days; anyone you share the link with may be able to view those prefilled details. Do not forward a private invitation unnecessarily.

Email delivery and open signals

We use Resend to send project emails. HTML emails may include a small tracking image served by this website or the email service that reports when the image is loaded. Repeated website image loads for the same message within one minute are recorded as one signal. Our workspace records the message identifier, event type and time, including delivery, bounce and reported open events. Image blocking can hide opens; privacy tools and automated image loading can report an open without a person reading the message. We do not treat an open as proof of reading or approval. Our website event records do not store recipient IP addresses or device information. Resend may process additional technical information under its own privacy policy.

If you prefer communication without email open tracking, write to hello@alins.site. Our composer supports plain text emails without tracking images. Open reporting can also be disabled for an individual designed email in the owner composer. See our email information page for more detail.

Notifications

Enquiries and client messages create notifications in the private owner workspace. Browser alerts are optional and use a local preference when enabled; they work while the workspace is open.

Where it is used

Your information is accessible in our private owner workspace and in your project portal through your project number and access code. Hosting, database, and email providers process the information needed to operate these services.

Your access

Keep your private access code secure. Owner and project portal sessions use essential cookies that expire after eight hours. This website does not add advertising trackers.

Contact and deletion requests

To request a correction, a copy of your project information, or deletion, email hello@alins.site from the address used for your enquiry. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

We retain project information while it is needed to manage enquiries, deliver work, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements.
