Questions / Straight answers

A few good questions.
A clearer beginning.

Practical answers about starting, reviewing and looking after a website project.

How does a project start?

Send an enquiry with your contact details and requirements. You receive a project reference and a private access code, then we can review the brief and discuss the next step.

Is an enquiry a booking or a contract?

An enquiry begins a conversation. Scope, price, timing, payment terms and responsibilities are confirmed in writing before the agreed work starts.

How much will my website cost?

The cost depends on pages, content, features, integrations and ongoing services. Share a budget range and currency so we can discuss a practical scope. This website does not publish a fixed quotation for an unknown project.

Can you work with an existing website?

Yes, we can discuss a redesign or improvements. Share the website address, what you want to keep, and what needs to change. Technical access and platform requirements need review.

Who supplies the content?

We discuss this in the scope. Existing copy, logo files, photography and accurate business details are useful starting material. Any writing or sourcing work needs to be agreed.

How do I review progress?

Open Track a project with your project reference and private access code. Public status updates also trigger project emails to the address supplied with the enquiry.

Can I ask for changes?

Share a consolidated list of comments through the project portal. We review whether the request fits the agreed scope or needs a separate quote or schedule.

What happens after launch?

We agree handover and ownership arrangements. Maintenance, hosting changes and additional features follow the terms discussed for your project.

Do the studio images show completed client work?

The current studio images are illustrative interface studies used to discuss visual possibilities. They are labelled as concepts and are not presented as completed client projects.

How do you use my enquiry details?

We use them to review your requirements, communicate about the project and manage the work. Read the privacy page for the information stored and how to request a correction.
